On a crisp November evening in Midtown, New Land Capital and Jia Law Group (JLG) co-hosted a private event that welcomed professionals from real estate, law, and finance for an engaging discussion on cross-border investment.


Throughout the evening, conversations focused on capital flows, legal frameworks, and how to find long-term value in a changing global market. With interest rate cuts expected in 2025, Grace Sprite, Managing Director of New Land Capital, shared her perspective on the renewed potential for international real estate investment. She highlighted growth opportunities across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Thomas Kung and Christopher Morik of JLG emphasized the importance of due diligence and legal preparation. They reminded the audience that effective risk management begins with reviewing contracts carefully—long before any deal is finalized.
