Position Details

• Position: Financial Analyst

• Department: Finance

• Location: Queens County, NY

• Schedule: Full-time

• Compensation: $117,686 per year

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and investment analysis to evaluate real estate projects and projected returns.

• Research real estate markets and capital trends.

• Analyze project performance, risks, and feasibility.

• Collaborate with asset managers to support investment decisions.

• Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and presentation materials for internal review and business development purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related occupation.

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
